Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Catherine Stotesbery Art. Each original artwork and print is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping.

Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. If a print is out of stock, my local printer usually requires approximately three days to produce it before I package it for shipment. I will contact you if additional preparation time is needed.

Commissioned artwork follows a separate completion and shipping timeline, agreed upon individually.

Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping charges and available destinations are displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking information will be shared when available.

Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering. Contact me promptly if you need to request a correction. Changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

Damaged artwork
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the artwork, shipping box, and packing materials. Please retain the packaging while we work toward an appropriate resolution.

Delayed or missing packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me so I can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
